Garden herbs, grilled fruits and an excuse to use a blowtorch? This summer cocktail by Sas Stewart is what moving to the country is all about!

Ingredients

2 oz Stonecutter Spirits Heritage Cask Whiskey

0.5 peach rosemary syrup

0.5 cognac

rosemary

peach slice

Directions

Combine ingredients in mixing tin and stir for 8-12 seconds; strain into rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with rosemary sprig and grilled or caramelized peach slice.
