Queen Anne's Revenge

2 oz Stonecutter Spirits Single Barrel Gin
0.5 oz allspice dram
0.5 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
0.5 oz blackberry sage syrup
Combine all ingredients into a mixing tin and shake for 8-12 seconds; strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a floating sage leaf. You'll probably want more than one.
Blackberry sage syrup: Add two containers blackberries, 2 c water, 2 c sugar to pot; bring to boil and simmer for 5-7 minutes to dissolve sugar and break down berries. Take off heat and add two sprigs sage; let infuse off heat for 20 minutes before straining out berries and sage.
